The contract is concluded when you place an order via the website and we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email. The automatically generated order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the purchase contract.

Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or invoice. The invoice amount is due upon conclusion of the contract. When payment by invoice is selected, we reserve the right to conduct a credit check.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The standard delivery time is 15–30 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or other external factors. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes that may be charged in the destination country.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
