Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the date you receive your order.

1. Return Request

Please contact us before returning any item at info@taggytech.com.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Return Shipping Costs & International Orders

Our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse.

Returns may involve longer processing times and additional shipping costs.

In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered without requiring the item to be returned if this represents the most practical solution for both parties.

Items must be returned to the return address provided by us. Returns sent without prior contact or to an address not confirmed by us cannot be processed.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns and withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law:

  • Personalized NFC products, individually configured NFC business cards, and products featuring custom logos, names, contact details, or other personalized modifications
  • Hygiene and personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Personalized products are manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications and are therefore excluded from returns and cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.

Ring Size & Fit Notice

Please ensure that your ring size has been measured correctly before placing your order.

Differences in fit or subjective perceptions such as "too large" or "too small" do not constitute a product defect.

Worn or personalized NFC rings are excluded from returns and withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.

In individual cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Customers are not entitled to such compensation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers with a delivery address within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
