Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order.
1. Return Request
Please contact us before returning any items at info@taggytech.com.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can offer a replacement or refund.
4. Return Shipping & International Orders
Our products are shipped directly from an international warehouse.
Returns may involve longer processing times and additional shipping costs.
In certain cases, a partial refund without requiring a return may be offered if this is the simplest solution for both parties.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Note on Ring Sizes and Fit
Please make sure your ring size is measured correctly before placing an order.
Fit differences or subjective perceptions such as “too big” or “too small” do not constitute a product defect.
Worn rings are excluded from returns and cancellations.
In individual cases, a partial refund or store credit may be offered as a goodwill gesture. There is no entitlement to this.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Customers with a delivery address in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
