Shipping costs depend on your location and the order value.

Orders of €10.00 and above: Free standard shipping
Orders €5.00 – €9.99: Standard shipping – €4.99
Orders €0.00 – €4.99: Standard shipping – small order fee €2.99

EU (European Union)

Orders of €10.00 and above: Free standard shipping
Orders €5.00 – €9.99: Standard shipping – €4.99
Orders €0.00 – €4.99: Standard shipping – small order fee €2.99

International

Orders of €20.00 and above: Free international standard shipping
Orders €10.00 – €19.99: International standard shipping – €7.99
Orders €0.00 – €9.99: International standard shipping – small order fee €3.99

Shipping Time

All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times are:

Germany & EU: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to supplier processing times, customs clearance, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Important Delivery Information
